Job Details
- Shift Pattern: Three 12-hour shifts per week for 36 hours; 48-hour option also available.
- EMR: Epic.
- Floating: Must be willing to float as needed.
- License: South Dakota or compact RN license must be in hand.
Prior Employment Restriction: Candidates who were previously permanent employees of Avera or Sanford are not eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Active South Dakota RN license or compact license in hand.
- BLS certification.
- Epic experience.
- Willingness to work true rotating day and night shifts.
- Flexibility to float as needed.
- Ability to work within a 1:4 patient ratio.
