- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour day shifts

- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,380 - $2,510
- Employment Type: Travel nursing
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, and/or Med-Surg preferred
- Current Montana RN license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Strong clinical judgment in fast-paced obstetric and maternal-child health settings
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery
- Assist with deliveries and support patients through all stages of the birthing process
- Recognize and respond promptly to obstetric emergencies
- Administer medications and complete nursing interventions within scope of practice
- Perform cervical exams as appropriate and authorized by protocol
- Interpret fetal monitoring strips and communicate changes in patient status
- Prepare patients for operative deliveries when needed
- Provide postpartum education and compassionate support to patients and families
- Float to the Med-Surg floor when OB services are closed
