Job Requirements

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  • ICU experience or strong critical care background required
  • Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or nurse leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently while supporting interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Current compliance with onboarding and health screening requirements
  • Strong communication, organization, clinical support, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support nursing staff to help ensure safe, high-quality patient care
  • Promote teamwork, efficiency, and a positive clinical environment
  • Monitor patient care processes and assist with workflow coordination
  • Serve as a resource for clinical questions and daily operational support
