Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care within the Medical Surgical unit.
Shift Information
- Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- Day Shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising physician.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in the Medical Surgical nursing specialty is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
