👩⚕️ Requirements
- LTC experience — MUST HAVE
- BLS — Required
- RN license required for submission
🩺 Job Duties
The RN will:
- Act as charge nurse
- Pass medications
- Perform wound care

- Nights: 1:19

Common diagnoses include:
- Heart disease
- Diabetes
- Dementia

- IVs/titratable drips: None
- Telemetry: None
- No requirement for RNs to read telemetry strips
- No acute inpatient rehab team conferences
- No rehab beds; LTC only
- Oxygen: Concentrators and portable concentrators
- RT: None on-site 24/7
- Physician: Available by phone/on-call after hours

📝 RTO
- RTO must be provided upfront
- 7 days or less per 13-week contract
- Additional RTO will not be approved after submission.
❌ Cancellation
- Up to 4 shifts can be cancelled per 13-week assignment
- Up to 3 shifts for assignments shorter than 13 weeks
