Seeking RN – LTC/SNF for a Post-Acute long-term care contract.
Shift: Days | 7:00a–7:00p | 12 hrs | 36 hrs/week | EOW | First to Float
EMR: MatrixCare/Matrix | Experience: 2+ years LTC | Cert: BLS
Unit: 26-bed LTC | Ratio 1:10 days
Skills: Medication administration, wound care, dementia, diabetes & cardiac care; charge nurse duties.
Floating: None | Scrubs: Clean, professional attire | Orientation: 2–3 shifts
