The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Facility Requirements:

• Must haave 2 years recent Skilled RN experience
• Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
• Must have vent/trach experience, knowledge of central lines & preferred wound care experience
• Must have NC or multi-state compact RN license, must be attached to resume
• Shifts can be either, Monday ,Tuesday ,Friday, Sat and Sunday and then starts the next week Wed. Thursday and the schedule will continue back to Mon, Tuesday , Friday , Saturday & Sunday or will be Wed, Thursday one week then Mon., Tues., Friday , Saturday and Sunday
• Will be required to take on-call one weekend a month
