Job Requirements
- Active RN license required.
- Previous Labor & Delivery nursing experience required.
- EPIC experience is mandatory.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification required.
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course required upon hire and every two years for experienced nurses.
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required.
- Acute care facility experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns.
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
- Perform fetal heart rate monitoring and interpret fetal tracings.
- Assist physicians during labor, delivery, and obstetric procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Identify and respond to maternal and fetal complications and emergencies.
- Provide postpartum care and monitor recovery.
- Educate mothers and families about childbirth, newborn care, and recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care.

- Night shift position.
- 36 or 48 hours per week.
- 13-week travel contract..
- Must have EPIC experience.
