Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of practice — Required
- FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) — Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS — Required
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS — Required
- BLS from an approved vendor — Required
- EPIC experience — Required
- BSN — Preferred
- Acute care experience — Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and analyze clinical data to identify care needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide patient and family education and health information.
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate healthcare team activities.
- Promote a safe, compassionate, and healing patient environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
