Schedule: 3 shifts/week | Every other weekend
Hours: 36 hours/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring required
- STABLE preferred
- Must have high-risk L&D/LDRP experience
- Must be comfortable with couplet care
- C-section circulating experience required
- Must be able to float to Mother-Baby
- Pitocin titration experience required
- Cerner experience
Unit Details:
- Family Birthing Center covering OB, L&D, and Postpartum
- 10 L&D beds, 12 postpartum beds, 3 triage beds
- Approximately 140–165 births per month
- High-risk patient population including preterm labor, bleeding, inductions, C-sections, and hypertension
- OB hospitalist and anesthesia in-house 24/7
- GE Corometrics/Fetalink fetal monitoring
- Scrubs provided
Additional Requirements:
- Every other weekend
- Holiday rotation
- May float to other Sacramento facilities
- 2 supervisor references required at submission; one must be from within the past 12 months
- Copy of driver's license required at submission for legal-name validation
- Candidates cannot have been directly employed by a CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year
