POSITION: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 10/05/2026
Shift: Night Shift | 4x12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Hours: 48 Hours/Week
Weekend Coverage: As Needed
PAY PACKAGE – 40 HOURS + 8 OT HOURS
• W2 (Taxable): $32/Hour
• Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,490/Week
• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,154/Week
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1.5 years of L&D experience; 2–3 years strongly preferred
• L&D travel experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate course required
• Cerner experience required
• High-risk OB experience preferred
• Strong fetal monitoring and EFM experience
• Experience with NSTs, IUPC, amnioinfusion and high-risk deliveries
• Experience with vaginal delivery, C-sections and postpartum care
• Experience with preeclampsia/eclampsia, hemorrhage, preterm labor, placenta previa/abruption and VBAC
• Strong neonatal resuscitation and newborn assessment skills
• Insulin drip experience is a hard stop requirement
• May float to Methodist Hospital ED to provide OB-specific care alongside the primary RN
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
