Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Comfort supporting routine labor, delivery, and postpartum care workflows
• Willingness to complete required onboarding and competency documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor and delivery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Support physicians, obstetric teams, and clinical staff during deliveries and related procedures
• Educate and reassure patients and families during the birth experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical standards
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment
