Location: Saint Francis Hospital – Yale Campus, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74136
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks | November 23, 2026 – January 16, 2027
Shift: Days | 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
Job Summary
Saint Francis Health System is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit. The RN will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, implement nursing interventions, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Implement and evaluate nursing interventions according to hospital policies and clinical standards.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records.
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Prioritize patient care, communicate effectively, and maintain patient safety.
Requirements
Valid Oklahoma or compact-state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Proof of instruction or successful completion of Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring.
Minimum of 1 year of experience, as specified in the job requirements.
Epic EMR experience preferred; experience at the South or Yale campus is a plus.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
