Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: Night shift (36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts, 1900–0700). Target start date: October 5, 2026 (nothing sooner than October).
- Time Off & Scheduling: All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be included at the time of profile submission (none accepted post-submission). Preferably no requests for a full calendar week off.
- Return Staff Policy: Former employees must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Free parking on site.
Key Facility Policies & Unit Scope
- Facility Profile: Level III Acute Care Hospital accredited by The Joint Commission, serving west-central Missouri since 1930.
- Patient Ratios & Charting: Patient ratio is 1:1. Charting via Meditech.
- Dress Code: Any solid color scrubs (no prints).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in L&D, nursery, or women's health required (first-time travelers accepted).
- Licensure: Active Missouri (MO) RN license or multi-state compact RN license required at submission.
- Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWOHNN required at submittal.
