- Weekly Wages: $1547.64
- Weekly M&I Per Diem: $476.00

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence

Shift Days 3x12 Hour shifts; holiday rotation; Call: every 3rd week / holiday rotation; Weekends: every 3rd On Call: every 3rd week / holiday rotation Weekend: Every 3rd weekend Submission Requirements: Clinical Interview pre-screening with 405 Area Code Orientation Date(s) : 11/16, 11/30 HOLIDAY update: unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays • 15 months of i nterventional vascular in a hospital or medical center setting [required] • intraprocedural experience in IR setting [required] • EPIC emr experience [required] • 1st time travelers welcomed! (MUST have at least 12 mos of IR experience) • sedation & monitoring experience [required] PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: • Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current i nterventional vascular/IR lab experience [required] • Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (i nterventional vascular/IR lab ) - [required] • Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred] • Drivers License [document] [required] • AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS - [required] • AHA advanced cardiac life support certificate - [required] Start Date 11/16/2026 Start Date 11/16/2026 Job Duration 13 weeks
