Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. The position involves variable shifts that typically begin at 5:30 AM but may include mid-morning to late afternoon hours depending on patient treatment needs. This role primarily operates 4 to 5 days a week with Sundays off.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dialysis setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis processes and aftercare.
- Document patient treatment and respond to any complications.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in dialysis nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
