Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and telemetry certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and participate in holiday and weekend rotation
• Must be comfortable with floating or reassignment within clinical competence as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes promptly, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and support complex care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Document care accurately using Epic and follow established unit workflows
• Support staffing needs by participating in the weekend, holiday, and floating schedule when required
