Critical Care Unit / Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (CCU / ICU RN) – Night Shift
- Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 18:45 – 07:15 | 36 Hours Per Week
- Holiday Protocol: Holiday coverage strictly required.
- Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position
- Location Region: Washington (WA) | Level 3 Trauma Center Setting
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of recent clinical ICU/CCU acute care hospital experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Clinical Skill Set & Invasive Monitoring [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical mastery in advanced hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Pulmonary Artery Pressures, arterial lines), continuous cardiac dysrhythmia interpretation, titration of vasoactive/sedative IV drips, ventilator/respirator management, and emergency code resuscitation protocols [HARDSTOP].
- State Licensure & Compact Compliance [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active Washington State RN License or multi-state eNLC Compact RN License strictly required at submission [HARDSTOP].
- Compact License Mandatory Compliance: Must show proof of verification of suicide prevention training and demographic data verification via Nursys e-Notify [HARDSTOP].
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support — AHA ONLY) certification [HARDSTOP].
- EMR Proficiency: Direct clinical documentation experience in Meditech EMR.
