Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a compact state
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong critical care skills and comfort working in a high-acuity environment
• EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes
