Required: AZ License, ACLS, BLS Solid 2+ years ICU experience
Required: Cerner experience
May float if needed to Tele and Sister Hospitals (Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Houghton & Northwest Sahuarita)
Travelers must show proof of residence greater than 50 miles from facility
& have not worked perm. Staff for CHS with in the last 12months
