Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $3,690 per week

The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Manhattan, New York.

This role is a true at home role where nurse will travel to patient homes. 

Interviews are in person. 

Alternating weekends coverage required. 

This is for Manhattan. 

Visits range from 4-6 patients on average.

Required Certification & Licensure:
-New York State RN License
-AHA BLS.

Two years of  previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.
Current Adult Care home health experience

Required Skills & Experience:
-Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
 

-Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either Post Acute Facility or acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
 

-Physical assessment.
-Medication administration.
-Wound care & Infection control
-IV therapy.
-Post-operative care.
-Patient education.
-Telemetry monitoring.
