Job Details:

• Shift: 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Unit: Emergency Department (64 beds)
• EMR: EPIC
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Floating: Required
• Charge Experience: Highly preferred

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of ED experience, including some pediatric experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience is mandatory.
• Active New York RN license.
• Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC — all required.
• EPIC experience required.
• Updated resume documenting ED experience and previous travel assignments.
• Specialty-specific skills checklist.
• Valid driver's license with an address matching your profile demographics.
• Nursys license verification report.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be provided at the time of submission.

Distance Requirements:

• Travel candidates: Must live at least 75 miles from the facility.
• Local candidates: Accepted at a different local pay rate if living within 75 miles.

Clinical Experience:
Candidates must be comfortable caring for newborns, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, including stroke, sepsis, trauma, MI, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure cases. Experience with critical drips, emergency medications, and specialized equipment is important.
