Job Summary (List Format):
- Supervise patient care and nursing staff in the Emergency & Trauma Department.
- Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Department in partnership with the Director of Patient Care Services.
- Provide leadership and support to a knowledgeable team of professionals.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient patient care delivery.
- Take bedside nursing shifts as needed to support staff and operations.
- Foster a collaborative and effective team environment.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
- Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Must have recent (within last 2 years) leadership experience and Emergency Department training.
- Hold a current Colorado RN license or compact state RN license.
Med Ninjas Job ID #21832. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
