Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) professional is sought in a region with a Level II trauma center that is also a Joint Commission Accredited STEMI Receiving Center and Stroke Receiving Center. The role involves providing emergency care in a fast-paced environment with a patient volume of approximately 68,000 annually. The position requires flexibility to accommodate a rotating shift schedule.
Job Details:
- Location: Regional healthcare facility (exact address not specified).
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid California (CA) license; BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); Epic charting experience; at least 2+ years of previous emergency room experience in a Level II trauma center or higher that includes Pediatrics, Trauma, STEMI, and Stroke. Current ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) and TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) are preferred.
- Additional Information: The position requires floating as needed. The organization only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their respective agency.
