Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse (ER) Night shift located in the healthcare facilitys emergency department. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse patient population across all age ranges. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting requiring strong clinical skills and flexibility.
Job Details
- Position: ER Nurse (Emergency Room)
- Location: The healthcare facility
- Schedule: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00-07:30), minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active MD or Compact State RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications, 2 years of ER experience, experience with complex diagnoses in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities include managing patients with various diagnoses such as trauma, stroke, respiratory issues, and pediatric emergencies, performing Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and other critical interventions, and maintaining compliance with certification and licensing requirements.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope and working every other weekend; holiday work is required as scheduled.
