Registered Nurse (RN)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Department. This position will involve working with adult to geriatric patient populations, providing essential care in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 1 year (1st timers are accepted)
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
General Skills Requirements
- Experience in the Emergency Room (ER)
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Central line care and management
- Administration of IV vasopressors
- CPAP/BiPAP management
- Caring for ventilated patients
- Triage experience
Work Environment
The selected candidate will work with the following systems:
- Pyxis
- Epic
The uniform scrub color is navy blue.
Schedule and Availability
- Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour rotations (19:00 - 07:00)
- Weekends: Every other weekend, unless specified otherwise
- Time Off Request (RTO): Maximum of 7 days
- Floating: Possible floating within facility/scope of practice
- Call Requirements: None
Holidays
If one major holiday occurs during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays occur, both are required to be worked. For three major holidays, two must be worked.

Compliance
Full compliance is required to start on time. If compliance is not met, there may be a two-week pushback due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.
Additional Information
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. The number of Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) hours is determined by contract length.
