Mandatory Requirements
- Active New York State RN license.
- Acute Dialysis experience — mandatory.
- Experience in a large teaching facility — required.
- Recent EPIC experience within the past 24 months — non-negotiable.
- Must be available to start next week.
Important Submission Requirements
- Complete work history is mandatory, including:
- Facility type
- Bed count
- EMR used
- Other relevant facility details
- All employment gaps exceeding 90 days must be explained.
- COVID and Flu vaccination proof or declination documents must be included in the submission packet.
Location & Travel Details
- Rates are tiered according to mileage measured in a straight line, not driving distance:
- Travel: 101+ miles
- Radius: 51–100 miles
- Local: 50 miles or less
- Public transportation is not accessible.
- Candidate must have reliable transportation; a personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended.
- From November through April, vehicles should have all-season or snow tires.
