Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• At least 1 year of nursing experience
• Prior CVOR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule with reliable attendance
• Travel nurses should be prepared to float within the hospital as needed
• COVID-19 vaccination required; exemptions may be considered per policy

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in a cardiovascular operating room environment
• Support procedural workflow for cardiac, vascular, and interventional cases
• Monitor patients closely before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, surgical technologists, and the perioperative team to ensure efficient case flow
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Assist with patient preparation, equipment readiness, and room turnover as needed
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting a smooth surgical experience
