Job description
Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.

CVSICU RN | The Johns Hopkins Hospital — Zayed 5 East
Assignment & Schedule
- Shift: Rotating days/nights or straight nights.
- Hours: 36 or 48 hours/week.
- Orientation: Second and fourth Monday of each month.
- Unit: 18-bed Cardiovascular Surgical ICU.
- Ratios: 1:1–1:2.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Training and experience in a dedicated open-heart unit receiving patients directly from the OR.
- Current ICU experience recovering postoperative cardiac surgery patients.
- Proficiency with ventilators, CRRT, Swan-Ganz catheters, epicardial wires/pacemakers, vasoactive drip titration, IABP, and ECMO.
- Active RN license and BLS.
Preferred
- ACLS, critical care certification, trauma course, and Epic experience.
Patient Population
- Postoperative cardiac surgery.
- Heart and lung transplantation.
- Ventricular assist device placement.
- Other complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.
