Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Case Manager (Acute Care)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Eureka, California
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
- First-timers: Accepted as a SCREEN with Clinical’s approval
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Call Requirement: None
- Floating: May be required to float between like units as needed
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- RTO (Requested Time Off) Restrictions: All RTO must be included at the time of submittal
- Charting System: Epic
- Parking: Free on first day, assignment-specific parking provided during orientation
- Housing Assistance: Facility offers multiple housing resources and can assist travelers, including hiring a realtor if needed
- Bill Rate: Winter increase effective October 4, 2026 – February 27, 2027; reverts to standard rate afterward; cancellations due to rate change post-signature result in Do Not Return (DNR) status
