Job Summary (List Format):
- Work schedule is 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week.
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, specifically in in-patient case management and hospital discharge planning.
- Must have experience with subacute patients.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN license required.
- Hospital experience, especially with discharge planning and placement in rehabilitation facilities, is essential.
- Department: Morristown Care Management; Clinical - Nursing - Travel category.
Med Ninjas Job ID #20016. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 37.5 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
