Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specialist in the healthcare setting. This role involves performing advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures related to cardiac care, including left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, and electrophysiology procedures. The position requires clinical expertise to support patient intake and recovery within the designated program.
Job Details:
- Position Description: Performs left heart catheterization, PCI procedures, right heart catheterization, endomyocardial biopsies, IABP, Impella, and ECMO placement, peripheral arterial and venous procedures, TAVR, Mitral Clip, TEE, and electrophysiology procedures such as cardioversions and arrhythmia interventions. Supports patient intake and recovery for cardiac procedures.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Valid certification in cardiology-related procedures, with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
- Schedule: Day shift, 7.5 hours per day, minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role is part of the WMCHealth Standard program, with an expected start date of 11/23/2026 and ending on 02/21/2027.
