Cath Lab Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technician to provide technical support within the Cath Lab. This role requires a dedicated professional with the ability to scrub and assist in Cath Lab procedures independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in the Cath Lab, focusing on scrubbing duties.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to independently manage Cath Lab cases.
Requirements
- Recent, relevant experience of at least 6-12 months in a Cath Lab setting.
- Valid ARRT-R and/or RCIS certification accepted.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Shift Information
This position offers flexible shifts with options for 3x12 or 4x10 hour days. Candidates can expect to work from:
- 3x12: 06:30 AM - 07:00 PM
- 4x10: 07:00 AM - 05:30 PM
Additional Requirements
- Must be available for on-call shifts, including approximately 8 weeknights and 4 weekends every 6 weeks.
- Must be willing to work holidays as scheduled and as part of on-call responsibilities.
- Floating within the specialty/department may be required as needed.
