NICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Join a dynamic and dedicated team as a NICU Registered Nurse on a prestigious Level IV unit. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about caring for vulnerable newborns and their families.
Position Overview
- Position involves floating between units as needed.
- Weekend shifts are required – 6 weekends in a 6-week period, with variable self-scheduling.
- Block schedules are implemented for optimal work-life balance.
- Expected patient-to-nurse ratios are 1:2-4, ensuring quality care for each patient.
- Longer contract durations available for candidates seeking stability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required; Level III experience is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality care in a Level IV unit.

Shifts
This position requires night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
