Position Summary
The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with the health care team, plans and implements patient/family education, assesses patient needs, and initiates appropriate interventions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Montana RN License
- AHA BLS
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider
- STABLE Certification
- 1 year of experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing

- Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses/issues
- Identifies individualized expected patient outcomes
- Develops and implements individualized plans of care

- Maintains knowledge and competency consistent with current nursing practice
- Evaluates own practice against professional standards, guidelines, statutes, rules, and regulations
- Supports and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues
- Collaborates with patients, families, and the health care team
- Integrates ethical standards into all areas of practice
- Incorporates research findings into nursing practice
- Provides leadership within the professional practice setting and nursing profession
