Job Title: Registered Nurse – NICU

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hours
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience required
- Must have documented NICU Level III experience
- Must have documented PICU experience/skills in employment history
- First-time travelers are accepted
- BLS and PALS required
- NRP highly preferred
- EPIC charting experience
- Experience caring for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients
Required Clinical Skills
- NICU Level III experience
- Ventilator management including AC/PC, SIMV, CPAP, BiPAP, and PEEP
- UAC and UVC management
- Arterial line management
- Central and implanted line care
- IV therapy and IV vasopressors
- Neonatal feedings including bottle, breast, and gavage
- Oral/NG/NJ tube placement and management
- Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
- Administration of neonatal medications, steroids, and surfactants
- Isolation precautions and PPE
