Minimum 2 years recent Neuro/Telemetry RN experience (Level 1 Trauma required; neuro experience preferred) CERTIFICATIONS – BLS, ACLS, NIHSS / Active RN license,Strong Telemetry required; neuro background a plus; must be able to titrate drips (Heparin, Amio, Cardizem),EMR: Cerner,PAY IS NEGOTIABLE!
