Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing critical care to patients in the Neuro ICU. With an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 during both day and night shifts, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Neuro ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Float to sister SICU unit as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of ICU experience required.
- First-timers accepted.
- Weekend availability required (every other weekend).
- Certifications required: NIHSS, ACLS, BLS.
- No on-call requirement.
- Open to accommodating block schedules: No.
- Pending license accepted.
- Guaranteed hours available.
- Neuro ICU experience required.
