Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry nurses are sought for a short-term assignment in an acute care setting. Based at a healthcare facility, the role involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts, with responsibilities aligned to the specialty standards for medical-surgical units with telemetry monitoring. The position requires a dedicated professional ready to deliver exceptional nursing services over approximately eight weeks.
Job Details:
- Location: Located within a healthcare facility, with float rotation required.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 01/11/2027 and ending 03/06/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA), Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting. Must be open to floating to additional facilities as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry monitoring and prior experience in medical-surgical units.
- Additional Information: This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with patient monitoring responsibilities. A BILH coversheet is required at the time of submission. Day one pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation with a single attempt, and two attempts are allowed for Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing.
