Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse position in the specified location. This role involves providing expert clinical care as part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing to patient management and care delivery across local campuses. Job Details
- Position Description: Provide professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care, with the ability to float across local campuses within the discipline.
- Certifications: BLS (AHA) required.
- Education/Experience Requirements: 2 years of experience in medical surgical and telemetry nursing; IL license required to submit, IA license to apply upon.
- Location Requirements: Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience, oncology experience, work history/resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, and supervisory reference required at submission.
- Additional Information: The position involves working with medical, oncology, and neuro patients, with specific experience in these areas preferred. Orientation is scheduled to start in January 2026, with multiple sessions available. The contract duration is from 11/02/2026 to 02/01/2027, with 8, 10, 13-week options.
