Travel RN – Med-Surg / Stepdown

Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week Weekly Hours: 36 hours EMR: Epic Patient Ratio: 1:5–6 days; 1:6–7 nights Scrubs: Black or Navy Blue

Position Details

• RN will provide and manage patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Must be willing to float across local campuses within the same discipline.
• May float to Stepdown as needed.
• Works with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Every other weekend required.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility based on taxable address. Madison may accept local candidates with a 10% rate reduction.
• Facility location: Rock Island area; confirm exact campus.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience — required.
• Stepdown/Cardiac experience — preferred.
• Active Iowa or Illinois RN license, as applicable.
• BLS (AHA) — required.
• ACLS (AHA) — required.
• Driver’s license — required.
• Updated resume/work history.
• Skills checklist completed within the past year.
• License verification.
• Copies of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at submission.
