Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor. This 13-week assignment supports adult acute care patients receiving medical-surgical and specialized surgical services, including family medicine, otolaryngology, oral surgery, and plastic reconstructive care. The position requires night shifts, Level 1 trauma experience, and experience with an electronic medical record.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 48 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Level 1 trauma experience
- At least 2 years of experience
- Electronic medical record experience
- Additional Information:
- 13-week assignment from 12/28/2026 through 03/29/2027
- Care is provided to adult patients with conditions including diabetes, wound-management needs, electrolyte imbalances, respiratory diseases, tracheotomies, total laryngectomies, and complex surgical needs.
- Surgical services include facial reconstruction, thyroidectomies, cochlear implants, mandible fracture repairs, hernia repairs, and breast reconstruction.
- Start dates may be available on Mondays in November and December, excluding 11/23/2026 and 12/21/2026, as well as 01/04/2027.
- Holiday coverage is expected.
