Job Details
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid professional nursing license; minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions, coordinating care across disciplines, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and assessing discharge planning needs. The role supports skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for patients transitioning from acute care to home or long-term care. Standard Precautions and required personal protective equipment must be followed.
