Shift: 4×12-hour nights, 7 PM–7 AM

Local Radius: No locals; must live more than 75 miles away

Patient Ratio: 1:5 to 1:7 for Med/Surg

Required Certs: BLS, NIHSS (valid NIHSS required in submittal)

Charting: EPIC experience required

Unit 1 (26 beds): CHF, acute MI, pacemaker/device care, arrhythmias

Unit 2 (51 beds): General surgery, colorectal, ostomy care, plastic/cosmetic, breast and reconstruction procedures

Facility: Tertiary Care Hospital, 528 staffed beds

Scrubs: Any combination of navy blue and white
