- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 - $1,650

- Work Setting: Adult and Pediatric combined Med/Surg unit
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience caring for adult and pediatric patients preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented healthcare environment
- Ability to manage patient ratios of approximately 1:4-6
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for adult and pediatric medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient condition, administer treatments, and support individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other care team members to promote safe, effective outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
- Respond to patient needs with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient unit workflow during your shift
