Description
As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care in a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, managing patient care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams. This role is ideal for those with at least two years of experience in skilled nursing facilities, focusing on providing high-quality patient care and management of complex health needs.
