Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Long Term Care, Luverne. The position provides nursing care to older adults, including individuals with dementia, in a post-acute care setting. The role includes rotating day and night shifts, charge responsibilities, and collaboration with the care team to support safe, quality patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, primarily 12-hour shifts, with some 8-hour shifts; 36 hours per week. Shift times may include 6:00 a.m.6:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m.6:30 a.m., 6:00 a.m.2:30 p.m., or 2:00 p.m.10:30 p.m. Every other weekend and every other holiday are required.
- Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Additional Information: Post-acute care setting serving primarily older adults with dementia and geriatric care needs. Charge responsibilities are required. Orientation includes an initial session followed by clinical shifts with an experienced staff member.
