🌙 Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts
⏱️ Hours: 36 Hours/Week, subject to permitted cancellations
🏥 Specialty: Labor & Delivery / Obstetrics / LDRP
👶 Setting: Approximately 1 Birth Per Day
📞 On-Call: Required
🎄 Holiday Coverage: Required
📏 Radius Rule: Permanent address must be at least 100 miles from the facility
📋 RTO: Maximum 3 days per 13-week contract
⚠️ Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment without guaranteed-hour protection
✅ Requirements
🪪 Active Arizona RN license or eligible Multistate Compact RN license required
❤️ BLS/BCLS certification required
💓 ACLS certification required
👶 NRP certification required
🩺 PALS, AWHONN, and NIHSS listed in credentialing requirements
👩⚕️ Minimum 4 years of Labor & Delivery / LDRP RN experience
🤱 Experience managing labor, deliveries, postpartum recovery, and newborn care
📈 Strong fetal monitoring, maternal assessment, and obstetric emergency management skills
💉 Current flu vaccination required — no exceptions
🔄 Willingness to work night shifts, holidays, and scheduled on-call rotations
