Assignment Details

• Contract: 13 or 26 weeks | ASAP start
• Schedule: 3×12 or 4×12 nights; every other weekend; no on-call
• Experience: Minimum 3+ year recent experience; first-time travelers accepted
• License: Pending Alaska RN licenses considered; license must be in hand for Auto Offer
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced
• Charge experience: Preferred, or willingness to train as charge

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and care for patients during labor, delivery, and high-risk antepartum stays.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status, recognize complications, and escalate concerns promptly.
• Support OB triage, inductions, delivery preparation, and recovery care as assigned.
• Collaborate with obstetric, anesthesia, and neonatal teams during routine deliveries and emergencies.
• Educate patients and families, maintain accurate Epic documentation, and provide thorough handoffs.
• Float to similar units within scope when needed.

Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
