ProTouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. Provide care to laboring mothers, newborns, postpartum patients, and mother-baby couplets while earning competitive weekly compensation.
ASSIGNMENT HIGHLIGHTS
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,775.04
Location: Saint Croix Falls, WI
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: December 14, 2026
End Date: March 15, 2027
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Rotating Days and Nights
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Weekends: Every third weekend (Friday-Sunday)
Holidays: Every third holiday
On-Call: Not required
Floating: Med-Surg as needed when OB is closed
WEEKLY COMPENSATION
Gross Weekly Pay: $2,775.04
Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,508.04
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267.00
Stipend eligibility depends on individual circumstances and applicable tax regulations.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Required:
Minimum 1 year of OB experience
BLS certification
ACLS certification
NRP certification
Experience in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, mother-baby couplets, and well-baby nursery
Comfort caring for post-surgical patients when needed
Ability to float to Med-Surg as helping hands when OB is closed
Experience titrating medications such as oxytocin, magnesium, and insulin
Preferred:
AWHONN EFM Intermediate certification
STABLE certification
Med-Surg experience
